Open Market Reviews and Public Reviews
The Scottish Government regularly engages with the commercial market through Open Market Reviews (OMR) and Public Reviews to collect information on existing and planned broadband infrastructure across Scotland.
The data collected is used to determine subsidy control outcomes and to support the planning and prioritisation of public investment in broadband , including R100 and Project Gigabit in Scotland.
This page brings together links to all published Open Market Review and Public Reviews, including Requests for Information, reports and supporting datasets. The Open Market Review is undertaken three times a year.
